At RevCity, every merch item is made just for you once your order is placed. Because of this, all sales are final, and we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for reasons such as sizing, color preference, or change of mind.

Please Review Before Ordering

We strongly encourage you to double-check your order details and review the product descriptions and sizing charts carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or is not what you ordered, we’ll gladly make it right.
To report an issue:

  • Email us at merch@revcity.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the item and the issue.

Our team will review the request and, if approved, arrange for a replacement at no cost to you.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because each item is custom-made, we cannot accept changes or cancellations after an order has been placed. Please verify all details carefully before submitting your order.

Shipping Timeframes

  • Orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days.

  • Some items may ship separately and arrive on different days.

  • If it's been more than 20 business days since your order date and your items have not arrived, email us at merch@revcity.com, and we’ll look into it for you.

Shipping Fees

Shipping is free on all orders.
